The Community Hub

The Community Hub is here to support those with no immediate network of family, friends, neighbours or carers. We can help you find local services to help with your food and medication delivery, or offer you more tailored support.

What's on this page:

How the Community Hub can help

Not everyone has a network of family, friends, neighbours or carers to call upon. The Community Hub is here to help tackle a range of issues you or somebody you know might be experiencing due to the Covid-19 social isolation measures.

    We can help you:

Our support is available to you, or on behalf of somebody else.

Find a local business that can help

We've put together a list of local businesses that are happy to receive your call or online order.

    They can help with:

    • community support
    • free food from food banks
    • food deliveries
    • medication deliveries from a pharmacy
